Racine Kids – Racing in Racine 

Coming this Summer 2022!

 

In response to the growing national concern for children’s health status in the United States, 5Kevents is launching its children’s running program. “Racine Kids, Racing in Racine” is designed to engage our community and families by providing an inclusive youth running experience, inspiring kids to believe in themselves and lead an active healthy lifestyle.

“Racine Kids, Racing in Racine“ Program is a multi-week, gender neutral, youth running program designed for children in grades kindergarten through sixth grade. 
The emphasis of this program is on participation and developing a healthy lifestyle as opposed to being a competitive running program. We will meet once a week (Monday’s 6pm) for weeks.

This free program is a gender neutral, multi-week, youth running program designed to meet the physical activity goals outlined by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for children in grades kindergarten through sixth grade.  5Kevents and volunteer coaches apply our vision for this youth running program for grade school kids in the City of Racine area.
